Brief Description:  Stick-ons

My registration application arrived at the FAA in Oklahoma City this morning, so will be interesting to see how long the process takes (presuming I did my part correctly).

Removed the remaining protective plastic coating from the control surfaces.

Applied the "EXPERIMENTAL" label by the cockpit entrance. The label was included in the EAA Certification Guide kit.

Applied two 4" strips of 3M "Safety-Walk", item 7636NA, to the wing at the cockpit entry area. Found it in the paint department of Home Depot.

Made "NO STEP" labels using 1" tape in a Brother P-Touch label maker. Applied the labels to each flap. Also applied some 2"x6" reflective "barber-pole" strips to the ends of the flaps to highlight the area. The reflective tape, Hillan Group item 840378, was found in the paint section of Home Depot.

Ordered a few items from Aircraft Spruce including a Beechcraft tow bar, part # 13-01900. I'm hoping I can adapt that to the nose gear strut.

Applied another primer coat to the wheel pants.
